Our Story
We Are a Local
Veteran Family
We developed Thrive to be about you: moms and dads that, like us, want the best for their children, for their development and for their social interaction.
Our passion for starting Thrive was born out of the anxiety of dropping off our two children in overcrowded facilities with unmotivated staff while we sat on waitlists for the "best" care. We are as focused on helping parents thrive as we are on helping children thrive because we understand that we are working as a team in the development of your child.
Our children thrive with the love and individual attention they receive from our trained and motivated Team. Our parents thrive with consistent communication and photos through our mobile-friendly applications. We look forward to helping your family thrive together.

The Owners

Krystle Steinhoff
Krystle is the co-founder and visionary behind Thrive Early Learning. What began as a solution to her own struggle to find high-quality childcare as a working mom has grown into a thriving, mission-driven organization serving families and empowering educators.
With a background in corporate and trademark law, Krystle brings strategic thinking, systems, and brand excellence to early childhood education. Over the past five years, she has led Thrive through growth, expansion, accreditation milestones, and the development of a culture rooted in trust, relationships, innovation, vibrancy, and empowerment.
As a wife, mom of two boys, and passionate advocate for early childhood education, Krystle believes children deserve environments that honor their potential and educators deserve careers that honor their impact. Her vision is not simply to operate childcare centers, but to build places where children, families, and teams truly thrive.
Rob Steinhoff
Rob is the co-founder of Thrive Early Learning and Krystle's steady, mission-driven other half. A combat veteran who led soldiers in both Iraq and Afghanistan, Rob brings discipline, resilience, and servant leadership to everything he does.
After serving our country, Rob transitioned into civilian leadership roles, managing operations for both large and small organizations before using his GI Bill to earn his law degree and MBA. His legal practice focuses on real estate and corporate law, providing Thrive with strategic insight as the organization has grown and expanded over the past five years.
At Thrive, Rob oversees operational strategy, facilities, and long-term growth planning. His steady hand and commitment to excellence ensure that Thrive remains strong, sustainable, and built to serve families for generations to come.
